I started training with Steve in April of 2011 as I was starting training for my first sprint triathlon. Steve was conscious of my athletic goals and focused my workouts to target muscle groups that are used in swimming, cycling, and running. He made the workouts fun and innovative and was constantly motivating me during the workouts. He also made it a point to ask me how my other training was progressing which was a constant reminder of my overall goal. I participated in three sprint triathlons this past summer and continuously improved thanks to Steve's workouts and encouragement. What I like about Kinex is that each client has their own designated station for the entire workout. This concept has allowed me to get more from each workout since time does not have to be wasted moving between, setting up, or finding equipment.
