Abdul is a highly knowledgeable and dedicated Trainer. His whole purpose as a trainer is to assist his clients to realize a new degree of functionality in their daily lives: feel better, use their muscles to the best of their ability, achieve satisfaction in completing the progressive training session, to look forward to further achievements. He is patient and kind; always looking out for the best for his clients. Questions are answered, confusions cleared up, objectives of workouts totally explained and examples shown if necessary, and successes are thoroughly acknowledged. There is great comaradie between all staff members and clients. I have accomplished several objectives since Abdul started training me; i.e, I can run, lift weights, correctly squat, do appropriate pushups. I've been extremely satisfied with the level of care and detail Abdul puts into customizing my workouts and making sure I get the most out of my strength training and cardio sessions. I stumbled through several trainers at another gym with very little progress made towards achieving my goals until Abdul found me and brought clarity and focus to my workouts.
