As a Coach, I know it is my duty to believe in you more than you may believe in yourself. I've spent time as a fitness & nutrition coach in private, corporate and community settings throughout the county and I've seen, first-hand, just how confusing and overwhelming the wellness world can be with new buzzwords, fads and misleading labels. Over the past 7 years, I've been committed to acquiring the knowledge and skills necessary to guide you along your path to establishing a healthier lifestyle. I aim to educate, motivate and have some fun as we create balanced, healthy, sustainable lifestyles together.
The pursuit of health and the appreciation for physical challenge has always been a part of my life. Her experiences working toward a healthy lifestyle range across a very wide spectrum, from years of pushing her limits as an athlete and plenty of time struggling through injuries and chronic illness. Having completed over 30 distance races ranging from 5k obstacle courses to the Boston Marathon, I love to seek out the next challenge to conquer. Outside of my time as a coach, I enjoy traveling, serving the community, and getting outdoors for running, hiking, biking, lacrosse and paddleboarding.

NASM Certified Personal Trainer, AED/CPR Certified
My strong work ethic began in my youth growing up on a 40 acre farm in Greenleaf, Wisconsin, where the rigorous hours and demanding physical and mental labor established an ability to overcome obstacles and meet goals on a daily basis. I have been a Certified Personal Trainer since April of 2013, and hold experience working with clients ranging from approximately 18 to 80 years of age. I believe in individually addressing the roots of my clients' issues in order to set them up for success in their specific health and wellness goals. In addition, I educate my clientele on the scientific rationale behind my approach to fitness with the purpose of establishing a lifelong foundation and understanding of health and wellness outside of my one-on-one instruction. More than anything, I care deeply for the wellbeing of my clients, and I possess the ability to personalize my coaching in order to bring more quality to one's everyday life through my Personal Training services.
I enjoy motorcycle rides, work on home improvement projects, and being outdoors.

My name is Abdul-Rahman El-Bakry. I am originally from Egypt but came here when I was six months. I played basketball in high school, and went on to coach a private school throughout my years in college. I attended the University of Houston where I graduated with Honors with a BS in Kinesiology Exercise Science. Once out of college, I was fortunate enough to land an Internship with Rice University's Recreation Center, where I was a fitness intern and a part-time personal trainer. I then went on to become a full time trainer where I was awarded “Trainer of the Month” my third month on the job. I also started the first Group Training Class at my location. I love working with kids, as I have coached basketball the past few years. I love helping people in any way shape or form, and most importantly I love helping people reach their fitness goals. I am looking to continue my education by either getting a Masters in Fitness and Human Performance, or by getting a degree in physical therapy.
