Last year, I decided I needed to start an exercise program that would help me become more fit, and that would enhance my health. My doctor had recommended that I work on lowering my cholesterol and glucose levels. So I changed my diet, and signed up to have regularly scheduled workouts at Kinex with Ashley. I started coming to Kinex 2 or 3 times each week for 30 minute sessions. I began noticing a difference right away. My energy levels and stamina improved throughout the day, and I noticed my strength and balance improving. But it was really exciting to get my lab results after my first physical since starting my new exercise program. Both my cholesterol and glucose levels dropped significantly after having made these changes for only a few months! I really credit Ashley and Kinex for creating a workout program for me that is tailored to my age, my demanding work schedule, and my wish to be able to enjoy whatever I'm doing, including working out. I look forward to my workouts every week because Ashley designs a new challenge for each session while keeping it fun!
