National Academy Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer, AED/CPR, B.S Nutrition, Pre/post-natal certification, Aging Populations certification
I studied nutrition and dietetics for my undergraduate degree. After graduating, I worked in hospital and community colleges guiding people of all ages through healthy eating choices. As my full-time job started to get busier, my personal workout routine fell by the wayside. Since I have always been an active person, personal training seemed like a great "fun job" to keep myself in check. Before I knew it my fun job was taking over my life in a good way! I loved working with clients multiple times a week and still being able to work on nutrition aspects during our sessions. I challenge myself to bring a new and fun workout every session. All of my clients are unique and I know that a one-size fits all program never works. I look forward to meeting you!
I grew up in Austin and have always loved the unique feel of this city. When I'm not working with clients, I love trying new restaurants (all over the world), spending time outdoors and working on fixer-upper projects!

I have a very different story than most in this industry. I never liked working out or being active but my life changed when I was 23 years old and got into a car accident. I severely injured my back and neck and was in a hospital bed for 2 months and then very dependent on other people for a full year after the accident. As part of my physical therapy program I learned the intricacies of my body and specifically my "new" body. I needed to keep my body strong to support my spine and head appropriately otherwise managing my pain was impossible. I started doing my personal training certification from bed during recovery and got my first hands-on experience about 1.5 years after the accident. I loved helping people learn about their own bodies and manage whatever pain or previous injuries that might be dealing with. I train for health and lifelong wellness, focusing on movements and goals that will enable my clients to feel great for a lifetime!
In my free-time I love exploring Austin and any new artist, musician, or dancer. I also love being creative and taking on new DIY projects – which my husband loves ;)

I always knew I wanted to work in the health and fitness industry. I grew up in a house with very unhealthy parents and I was determined to help them "get better". I did lots of self-study in high school on nutrition but I didn't know how they should exercise to prevent injuries. I pursued my personal training certification while in college and started working with clients when I was 20 years old. When I graduated, I spent one month with my parents trying to help them learn safe and effective exercises they could do together. We made it a family affair and they were very good at sticking to my plan (although I'm not sure they loved it at first!). From there I moved to Texas and began working with clients full-time as a personal trainer. The rest is history! I have been in the industry over 15 years and still love what I get to do every day!
I grew up in the Midwest and relocated to Texas after college to get away from snow! I love hiking, biking and water-related activities. When I'm not working with clients you can find me outdoors with my wife and two daughters. We love spending time on the water and my girls love fishing and boating with their dad.
